How we work

design websites

Research and discovery phase

The purpose of the initial research and discovery phase is to establish what is required, the scope of the project and whether we are a good fit for each other.

We have an online questionnaire which you can complete before meeting up so that you can be thinking about questions such as ‘what you want the design to achieve’ and ‘who your target audience / ideal client is’.

This initial fact-finding stage is important in order to make sure we are clear of your objectives.

Design and development phase

The design and development phase follows where we consider aspects such as the website structure, brand identity, website content, navigation. Every website that we create is ‘responsive’ (mobile friendly) – we ensure that it works across all different devices and screen sizes.

At this stage you will also need to supply the content for the pages and if it has a shopping cart facility we will show you how to add categories and products to the website.

The content can then be refined and functionality developed until it is ready to be tested and then launched.

We will inform search engines such as Google that your website exists.

Principles Of Our Work

We aim to speak your language, and not over-complicate things. We value the importance of honesty and communicating as much as possible about project progress.

We will never try to sell you functionality that you don’t need. We work closely with our clients and are always honest about the best options for your project.

Customer satisfaction

We value customer satisfaction and are on hand when you need us. We aim to offer high quality service with added value.
